Be Healthy Premium is a comprehensive wellness and health restoration program designed to help rebalance the body, restore energy, and enhance quality of life in a relatively short period of time. The program combines individually tailored treatments, physical activities, modern medical technologies under professional supervision, swimming in a pool filled with natural Baltic Sea water, and full, well-balanced meals. The healing coastal climate of Jūrmala creates an ideal environment for achieving physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

  Half Board (breakfast, lunch) or Full Board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) of your choice. Three-course meal in a sea-view restaurant from a special menu.

1. Jurmala Walking – guided walks along the sandy seashore, 60–90 min, once per day (Includes physiotherapist consultation and necessary equipment);
2. Group fitness session according to the activity schedule, 45 min, once per day (physiotherapy, Pilates, yoga, aqua aerobics, TRX, etc.);
3. Salt room visit 60 min, once per day;
4. Oxygen cocktail once per day.
5. SEA WELLNESS seawater relaxation centre (120 min, once per day): Warm natural sea water (29–30 °C) is supplied directly from the Baltic Sea. The complex features a 25 m swimming pool, children’s pool, jacuzzi, cascading water features, underwater massage stations, air massage zones, and therapeutic Roman mineral, cedar, and Himalayan salt saunas.
6. Sports Club access (unlimited): Fully equipped gym with modern strength and cardio equipment, as well as a specially designed functional training hall with the integrated Move It training system.
