GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The gift card must be presented at the time of payment when purchasing goods or paying for services.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• Monetary-value gift cards purchased through our partners cannot be used to pay for promotional offers, discounted rates or other special offers.
• Gift cards may be redeemed for goods or services at Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA, Jūras iela 23/25, Jurmala, LV-2015.
• The gift card holder is responsible for its safekeeping and security.
• Lost gift cards cannot be restored, replaced, blocked, unblocked or cancelled. This also applies to gift cards that have been stolen or otherwise unlawfully acquired by another person.
• Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless a different expiry date is specified.
• A gift card’s validity may be extended by up to 3 months for a fee of 20% of its remaining monetary value, subject to a minimum fee of €10. The extension must be arranged before the gift card expires.
• Gift cards issued for specific hotel services or special offers available for a limited period may only be redeemed for the services or offers specified. They cannot be exchanged for other services.
• Gift cards may be redeemed for the specified service or offer until the stated expiry date. After that date, provided that no more than 6 months have passed since the date of purchase, the gift card may be used at its face value towards payment for hotel services.
• Advance reservation is required when using a gift card to pay for a service.
• Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA reserves the right to verify the gift card’s validity and face value where necessary.
• By purchasing a gift card, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the above terms and conditions of purchase and use, and agrees to comply with them.
• If a gift card is given as a gift or otherwise transferred to another person, the original holder undertakes to inform the new holder of these terms and conditions of use.

Terms and Conditions for Special Offer Gift Cards

Special offer gift cards are issued during promotions or sales organised by, or involving, Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA. Each gift card specifies the offer for which it may be redeemed and its validity period.

• Special offer gift cards may only be redeemed for the offer specified on the card, subject to the validity period and terms and conditions stated for the relevant product or service.
• Gift cards may be redeemed for goods or services at Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA, Jūras iela 23/25, Jurmala, LV-2015, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
