The goal of the "Be Healthy" program is to promote health and the body's recovery within a relatively short period of time. The program includes:

1. Visit to the Sea Water Relaxation Center “SEA Wellness”
(120 min, one visit per day)
Warm sea water (29–30°C) is supplied directly from the Baltic Sea. The complex includes a 25 m swimming pool, children’s pool, jacuzzi, three-meter waterfalls, underwater “Shell” massages, eight air massage stations, and three therapeutic saunas – Roman mineral, cedar, and Himalayan salt.

2. Therapeutic Massage
(30 min, one massage of your choice)

• Back massage
