This use of seawater for wellbeing is known as thalassotherapy, from the Greek word thalassa, meaning sea. In our 25-metre pool filled with purified Baltic seawater, enjoy a feeling of weightlessness as the water supports your body, allowing freer movement and easing pressure on your joints. Cascades and underwater massage jets help relax your back and shoulders after long hours at a desk or behind the wheel. Between swims, enjoy the soothing warmth of the Roman steam bath, Himalayan salt sauna and cedar sauna.
