The "Men's Health" program is designed to strengthen the body's muscular system while simultaneously improving overall well-being through physical activity and therapeutic treatments.
This medical program with accommodation offers a unique opportunity to enhance well-being right on the shores of the Baltic Sea, using natural therapeutic resources found here in Jūrmala—such as therapeutic mud wraps, oxygen therapy with ionized Baltic Sea air, and swimming in the sea water relaxation center "Sea Wellness" with 3 types of saunas—combined with modern medical technologies developed to restore and stimulate muscle function and accelerate body recovery after physical exertion.

The offer includes:
