Executive Sous Chef

We are looking for:

Executive Sous Chef

Job description, tasks

  • Support Head Chef in day to day operations
  • Assist Head Chef in developing new products and improving food quality
  • Ensure consistency in food presentation, quality and service
  • Ensure HACCP regulations are followed at all times
  • Deputise and act as Head of Department in absence in Head Chef


  • At least 5 years experience in profession in high quality restaurants
  • Very good knowledge of  European cuisine
  • Understanding of menu engineering and managing food cost
  • Experience managing kitchen team
  • Experience serving up to 300 people banquets
  • Good communication skills in Latvian, Russian and English languages
  • Good knowledge in HACCP
  • Customer oriented and good mannered personality
  • International experience will be considered as advantage
