Executive Sous Chef
Job description, tasks
- Support Head Chef in day to day operations
- Assist Head Chef in developing new products and improving food quality
- Ensure consistency in food presentation, quality and service
- Ensure HACCP regulations are followed at all times
- Deputise and act as Head of Department in absence in Head Chef
- At least 5 years experience in profession in high quality restaurants
- Very good knowledge of European cuisine
- Understanding of menu engineering and managing food cost
- Experience managing kitchen team
- Experience serving up to 300 people banquets
- Good communication skills in Latvian, Russian and English languages
- Good knowledge in HACCP
- Customer oriented and good mannered personality
- International experience will be considered as advantage
