Jury of the annual contest The best Latvian Trader 2012 named restaurant Caviar Club the Restaurant of the Year. The restaurant manager Alexey Karpov is convinced that a key to success is the best quality in every single detail.

The restaurant manager thinks that the restaurant Caviar Club has it all – excellent food and beverage, nice atmosphere, elegant dishes, friendly and professional service and also magnificent sea view.

The culinary masterpieces are prepared by the Chef Kristaps Jokmanis – the first cook fromLatviawho has attended the famous hospitality and restaurant school Institute Paul Bocuse in France. Based on great experience in the best restaurants, Kristaps prepares seasonal menus which meet the most contemporary trends in Mediterranean cuisine.

More and more popular is becoming the special tasting menu which includes 5 meals with suitable wine. Small portions allow enjoying different meals and wine during an evening, without often so difficult decision making process.
