Executive chef of restaurant Caviar Club - Kristaps Jokmanis is the first from Latvia who has attended the famous hospitality and restaurant school Institute Paul Bocuse in France.
Kristap’s former experience is with the legendary Otto Schwarz restaurant, once recognized as the best restaurant in Riga, and other top restaurants in Latvia. Today he is offering Caviar Club guests the most contemporary trends in Mediterranean cuisine combined with the selection of the best ingredient assortment from Latvia’s gardens, forests and fields. Restaurant is specially suited for banquets and official receptions.
Each Sunday at 12:00 – 17:00, we invite to the novelty of the season – Club brunch.
