  • May I use outside vendors?

    We welcome outside vendors for music, flowers and photography. If your vendors haven’t yet work with our hotel, we’ll request a meeting to familiarize them with our facilities, accessibility and delivery policies. Should you need recommendations, our wedding professional can offer you a list of preferred vendors.

  • Are there special rates for wedding couple and their guests?

    We will be happy to provide you with availability and discounted rates for a wedding suite and for hotel accommodation of your wedding guests.

  • When do I need to confirm the number of guests and menu?

    Please finalize the menu with our wedding professional and confirm the final number of guests attending your wedding by latest 14 days prior to the event. This will be considered as guaranteed number on which we’ll calculate the invoice. The guaranteed number of guests cannot be reduced, however should the actual amount of guests be more than guaranteed, we will add additional charges to the final invoice.

  • Can food be brought from outside?

    Our exceptional culinary team caters all events at Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA. We guarantee the quality and safety of used products and therefore do not allow bringing other food items from outside. Our Executive Chef will help you customize the menu to satisfy all tastes.

  • What is the minimum cost per person for menu?

    Based on our current banquet menus, on average you may expect to spend starting from 65 EUR for a dinner menu with a selection of cold appetizers on the table, plated service of hot appetizer, main course, and wedding cake. The rate includes VAT. Your final menu pricing will be based on your actual selection of menu items.

  • How do I choose the menu?

    Whether your reception is an intimate dinner or a lavish gathering, we offer a range of cuisines. Our wedding professionals will be pleased to assist you with choosing from our extensive menu. A tasting will be scheduled to help you finalize your choices.

  • When can I have a menu tasting?

    We will be glad to arrange for you a menu tasting with premium car transfer from/to Riga center once your wedding celebration is confirmed and the first deposit paid.

  • What other services can Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA provide?

    The BBH Hotel can provide a wide range of special services to help you personalize your event, such as chiavari chairs, special textiles for table and room decorations, menu cards and name cards. We will be also happy to assist you with welcome presents, printing of seating-plan, wedding gifts for guests and variety of other special services to help you adding a personal touch to your wedding. Costs for all items vary.

  • What does the Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA provides for weddings and receptions?

    The Hotel provides with extensive selection of menus and beverages; tables and chairs, imported chinaware and cutlery, dance floor and a stage. Use of ceremony location includes chair set-up and staging, as well as a rehearsal time for the ceremony.

  • How do I arrange my wedding at Baltic Beach Hotel?

    Our wedding professionals will organize and coordinate all aspects of your wedding ceremony and reception to help create your vision, including:

    • Assist with planning of your wedding day, including event logistics, etiquette and protocol
    • Recommend special event professionals to provide floral arrangements, music, photography and invitations
    • Consult on menu choice and list of beverages
    • Arrange and attend your menu tasting
    • Oversee the ceremony and reception
    • For assistance with aspects of your wedding not related to the hotel, we are happy to recommend a wedding coordinator.

  • When is the final payment due?

    The final full payment for all Hotel services is due one week before the event. Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA requires full non-refundable pre-payment for all events and 300 EUR deposit for additional orders made on the spot.

  • When should I pay the deposit?

    The deposit of 1000 EUR, plus the rental fees for the event space reserved is paid as soon as the date, wedding hall has been agreed. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • How do I arrange for flowers?

    Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA will be pleased to assist you with your floral needs, or to make arrangements with our preferred floral designers or the florist of your choice. We can also create themes and matching décor for your event settings.

  • Is there parking available for guests?

    Secured on-site parking is available at the hotel. It is free of charge for your wedding guests.

  • What do I need to know before contacting the hotel?

    You should know the estimated number of guests, a date, and an approximate budget for your event. If possible, choose a few alternate dates in case your first choice is not available.

  • How far in advance should I reserve the wedding hall?

    At Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA the most popular dates are often filled as far as one year in advance, other dates are typically available with less notice. Contact the hotel for more information about available dates.
