Swimming and water aerobics in the only in the Baltic States 25-meter swimming pool with water from the bosom of the sea will improve your physical form, giving possibility of swimming in the Baltic sea water even in winter. The constant pool water temperature is 28° C.
The swimming pool has a slide for children and three cascades for the body massage.
Swimming classes
We offer swimming and diving classes for children and adults individually or in groups under the supervisors of the expert trainers.
Water aerobics
Water aerobics is an ideal for fight against excessive weight and cellulite that simultaneously helps to relax. Rhythmic exercises in water represent an excellent way to burn calories. Water aerobics is especially recommended for people with spine and joint problems as well as women during pre-natal and post-natal periods.
