Hydrotherapy has received a special role in “Baltic Beach Hotel” SPA-centre, as exactly hydrotherapy is the heart of SPA. In fact if we translate the Latin abbreviation SPA (Sanus per Aquam) we get “Health through Water”!
In our SPA-centre we use mineral, marine and fresh water for hydrotherapy.
A great variety of hydropathic treatments allows using them not only for relaxation and aesthetic aims but also for treatment and prophylaxis of cardiovascular diseases, neurological, gastrointestinal and gynaecological illnesses, metabolic disturbances and several skin diseases.
In “Baltic Beach Hotel” SPA-centre we use fresh water both in the pure state and with addition of different substances (essential oils, salts, herbal and seaweed extracts), that intensifies its effect on organism and helps to attain the desired result.
